How to collect points
- Whenever you order DICOTA articles via our Distribution partner shop, collect Club Points.
- EUR1 / CHF1 / GBP1 = 1 point. The amount of points is calculated from the invoice amount of the distributors.

When do I receive the points?
Your points are usually credited a few days after you place your order with the distributor. However, depending on the distributor, updates can take up to 3 weeks. If you miss credits in your account or have questions about your transactions, the Club Support will be happy to provide support.
How can I obtain premiums?
Rewards can be conveniently purchased via the Club website. To do this, select the desired rewards shop in the main menu under 'Rewards'. Rewards in kind will be sent to you by post within a few working days. If a non-cash reward is not available at short notice, we will inform you in good time by e-mail. You then have the option of exchanging your order for an equivalent alternative.
