Welcome to DICOTA Club! Here you will find the exact terms of use:<\/p>

Introduction<\/h3>

The DICOTA Club is the exclusive partner programme of DICOTA Schweiz AG (\"DICOTA\") for small and medium-sized businesses (\"SMB Partners\") who want to increase their revenue and margins, simplify their business processes and benefit from attractive and exclusive club advantages with professional mobile carrying solutions and IT accessories. DICOTA values loyal, mutual and sustainable partnerships and wants to grow together with committed IT resellers.<\/p>

The DICOTA Club serves registered users as a central communication platform for news, products, events, training, tools, support, rewards and other important information for the areas of sales, marketing and services of DICOTA. This service is offered by DICOTA free of charge and voluntarily. DICOTA accepts no liability for this courtesy and reserves the right to discontinue the service at any time.<\/p>

Conditions of use and participation<\/h3>

The DICOTA Club is designed for all IT resellers from the SMB segment who sell DICOTA products in participating countries. Use is reserved for legal entities, private individuals are excluded from use. There is no general right of access. DICOTA expressly reserves the right to refuse registrations or to restrict access to individual club areas.<\/p>

Distributors are excluded from participation in the partner programme, as are multinational DICOTA partners and DICOTA partners with individual agreements which include special and project conditions and\/or bonus arrangements.<\/p>

Registration process<\/h3>

To use the DICOTA Club, you must register online with your contact information and other details and the user is required to record accurate information. Upon receipt of your registration, DICOTA will verify eligibility. If DICOTA's site is unclear as to eligibility, the user may be contacted by email with additional instructions. As a user, you are obliged to update your profile accordingly in case of changes.<\/p>

Reward programme<\/h3>

As an incentive, DICOTA provides an interesting rewards programme. By disclosing your respective distribution customer number(s), your DICOTA purchases are assigned to your points account. The data is read in monthly. The conversion ratio \"purchase volume\/premium points\" is 1 EUR\/CHF = 1 point.<\/p>

DICOTA reserves the right to change the conversion ratio at any time without notice.<\/p>

Collect extra points<\/h4>

It is possible to earn additional points in DICOTA Club. This will be communicated on an ongoing basis.<\/p>

Non-Cash Premiums \/ Vouchers<\/h3>

DICOTA endeavours to present the authorised user with an interesting selection of rewards, which you can redeem for your collected Club Points. The offer may change continuously. The rewards can be redeemed via one of the Premium shops<\/a> be ordered. Non-cash prizes are usually delivered by post within a few days.<\/p>

DICOTA reserves the right to provide substitute rewards of comparable value should the specified reward not be available. The redeemed reward cannot be refunded or exchanged.<\/p>

The Rewards Programme may be modified or terminated by DICOTA at any time without notice.<\/p>

Tax aspects<\/h3>

All relevant tax aspects in connection with the redemption of a reward or a bonus reimbursement are the sole responsibility of the user and must be dealt with by the user.<\/p>

Use of materials<\/h3>

The user may only use the sales, marketing, photo and video materials for commercial purposes. Changes or modification of the materials are expressly prohibited. DICOTA is the sole and exclusive owner of the Materials. DICOTA provides all content in good faith, but makes no other warranties on your part.<\/p>

Property<\/h3>

The DICOTA Club, as well as the entire content, is the property of DICOTA. DICOTA reserves all rights. The user may not revise, modify, license or sell any information or content derived from the portal without express permission.<\/p>

Data protection<\/h3>

DICOTA will not pass on your personal data to third parties, but will only use it for club-specific activities. If you wish to stop receiving the Club newsletter, you can do so at any time in the \"My Account\" area or click on \"Unsubscribe\" in the newsletter. All detailed information on data protection can be found on the Club website under \"Privacy policy<\/a>\".<\/p>

Termination<\/h3>

DICOTA may decide to terminate DICOTA Club at any time without notice. There is no right to register or redeem unredeemed points after the closure of the Club. You can cancel your participation at any time with immediate effect. Simply send an e-mail to club@dicota.com<\/a> and you will immediately receive a confirmation.<\/p>

Limitation of liability<\/h3>

DICOTA shall in no event be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Club Portal. This applies in particular to any loss of data, interruption of business and\/or loss of profit. DICOTA cannot guarantee the completeness, correctness and reliability of the published information. It is possible that individual services, promotions, products or rewards may not be available in your country.<\/p>

Terms of use<\/h3>

DICOTA may at any time, without notice and effective immediately, revise these Terms of Use. The current version on the Club website shall apply at all times.<\/p>

Place of jurisdiction<\/h3>

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the District Court of H\u00f6fe, CH-8832 Wollerau.<\/p>
