Those who control can be sure and give security. Thanks to the strict production guidelines and quality controls, DICOTA grants a lifetime* warranty on possible material and processing defects for Notebook cases. * Due to legal restrictions in Germany for a period of 30 years, in other countries without time limit.

24-month warranty

When purchasing DICOTA accessories, phone and tablet cases, Notebook cases with trolley function and electronic components, hard shell products and special solutions, customers benefit from the 24-month warranty.

36/48-month guarantee

For all products in the „Mobile Office Solution“ category, both the end customer and you as a dealer can purchase an extended warranty of 36 or 48 months.

Warranty conditions:

To make a claim under the warranty for your product, complete the Return form off. Please note that a copy of your invoice receipt is necessary for smooth processing.

The guarantee is not transferable.

Any faults or defects must be reported within two months of discovery. After that, any right to repair or replacement expires.

If a problem arises in connection with this DICOTA product (the "Product") and such problem is due to a defect in material or workmanship, DICOTA may, at its option, repair or replace the Product in accordance with the terms of the warranty stated herein. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser or original gift of the Product. The duration of the warranty is stated on the relevant product page on our website.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence, misuse (such as transport of unusual objects), abrasion, water, normal wear and tear, mishandling or care, alteration, misappropriation or use under extreme temperatures. The following cases are excluded from the warranty: Loss of or damage to a computer, loss of or damage to programs, records or data, and incidental or consequential damages, even if DICOTA was advised of the possibility of such loss or damage occurring. This warranty is valid worldwide. If a warranty claim is made, you will be notified whether the product will be repaired or replaced. Such repair or replacement will be at DICOTA's expense, including any cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you. If the product needs to be replaced and is no longer available, DICOTA will provide you with a comparable DICOTA product.

General disclaimer

This warranty does not cover damage due to daily wear and tear. Damage due to natural forces such as earthquakes or floods is also excluded. DICOTA is furthermore not liable for claims for damages or consequential damages. The statutory warranty remains unaffected by the provisions of the warranty. Some states/countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that the above limitation or exclusion of liability may not apply in your case. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. No other express warranties are made in addition to this limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country. DICOTA assumes no liability for third party products, i.e. DICOTA will not be liable for any damage to equipment used in conjunction with DICOTA products.
